Grattan Mills is an old mill house, built in 1893 and in 2016 it was converted into apartments. The conversion was done to a very high standard, the intention being to double their lifespan The apartment is entered through a secure front door, opened by a key code. The apartment itself is located on the third floor. there are 2 flights of stairs to ascend. The advantage is that you get great views overlooking the city. The apartment is spacious and modern, with double glazing and electric central heating. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The clean, private bathroom provides shower facilities. The lounge comprises a flat-screen cable TV along with views of the city. **Early check-in/late check-out:** Subject to availability and extra cost, check in can be brought forward to 2pm and check out extended to 12.00pm. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
