This furnished apartment consists of a very pleasant living room with a huge window, with a living room (TV), sofa bed, dining room table, WiFi internet, a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher), a mezzanine bedroom (height 1.85m) with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet, a dressing room with washing machine (iron and ironing board ). Bed linen and towels are provided. A cleaning / change of linen is included every 15 days. The rent includes an internet connection by wifi, an intermediate cleaning every 2 weeks with change of sheets and towels provided, a provision for consumption charges (electricity, water) based on so-called "normal" consumption (120€). Added to this: a deposit of €1430.00 and an end-of-stay cleaning fee of €100. Home insurance required.
