The spacious hallway leads to the bright, large eat-in kitchen with three windows and a patio door. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a coffee machine, but no dishwasher. On the same level is the daylight bathroom, which has a tub. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. On the left is the bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm double bed and built-in wardrobe. The large living room, with exposed beams, is furnished with a sofa bed and armchairs. There is a flat screen TV, radio, CD, MP3 and a workplace by the window. From here you can access the large, secluded balcony, which faces the south-west. You can enjoy the peace and quiet here or on your own terrace in front of the house. A barbecue is also available.
