The apartment extends over 2 levels: In the lower area there is the open living and dining area (dining table can be extended) as well as an open kitchen in which nothing is missing: oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, extractor hood, kettle and a Nespresso machine . The kitchen is of course fully equipped. There is also a small desk for a home office. In the entrance area there is a cloak space and a spacious toilet. The upper area can be reached via the spiral staircase. Here is the sleeping area (bed with 120 x 200 cm mattress). A large built-in wardrobe and a built-in shelf offer an enormous amount of storage space. The bathroom with toilet, tub and window is en suite. On this rooftop level you also get to the small terrace, from which you have a wonderful view over the roofs of the Flingern district (summer furniture will be provided in spring 2022). The house is a renovated old building that has an elevator. Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement and are billed separately via an app. There is a bicycle parking space in the courtyard. The apartment is being cleaned every 2 weeks, a mandatory service with an additional surcharge of 150 € per month. A second person costs 50 € extra per month. Eine zweite Person kostet 50 zusätzlich.
