My two bedroom townhouse is located in the central neighbourhood of Fishergate, a stone's throw from York's famous Bar Walls, and only a 7 minute walk to the city centre! It can sleep up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples, families, or friends meeting up. In 2021 it was newly decorated, with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and carpets. There is free driveway parking for one car which is hard to find so close to the city centre! The space The entrance hall leads to the living dining room, and through to the kitchen at the rear. In the living room is a large cosy corner sofa, a 43 inch 4k Smart TV, and dining table with seating for up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen a small courtyard can be accessed. There is a bonus addition of an outdoor table and two chairs which can be enjoyed in warmer weather. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a wardrobe and drawer space. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a wardrobe and drawer space. All beds are freshly made with crisp white linen.
