This light and airy modern apartment is situated less than 15 minutes journey from King's Cross and 2 minutes from Tottenham Hale, and offers everything a prospective traveller may need. There is a private balcony with a stunning view of the garden and offering a lovely space to while away your day in peace and relaxation. The property is very close to a retail park and offers easy access to superb shopping options, and is less than a minute's walk from a canal offering scenic walks and view. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
 Other things to note * Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb * Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. * Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them. * My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
