Design Apartment Berlin Mitte directly at Underground (1 BR)

This apartment, which is located directly at a main underground line in Berlin Mitte, was carefully and freshly renovated and equipped in the summer of 2018 with an interior designer. It is a two-bedroom apartment and has a hall, bathroom and kitchen in addition to the living room and the bedroom. You look into a quiet green Berlin-backyard. The old building has subtle stucco and almost 3 meters (10ft.) ceiling height. A special feature is the variably switchable lighting system, which creates the right ambience for every mood. In the newly renovated bathroom marble tiles, rain shower and a Siemens washing machine were installed. The ceramic is from Villeroy & Boch. The kitchen has Siemens electrical appliances including a dishwasher and is fully equipped. The living room has a dining table, a comfortable sofa with a vintage coffee table and a 49 "flat screen. You can also use a bar and a small workstation. The bedroom has a box spring bed (160x200) with bedside tables, two meters wardrobe, a seating area and blackout blinds.
