Our personal attention for your stay

The minimum stay is 1 month and the maximum stay is 6 months. The flat under the eaves in the first floor has 46 square metres floor space and is completely furnished for maximum 2 people. There is a well equipped kitchen, with table and chairs for dining. The kitchen is open plan to the sitting room, which has a satellite flat screen TV, a blue ray DVD player, and a small stereo system with radio, CD player and USB. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Two further bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x 200) and a second one with a single bed (100 x 200) and writing desk. WLAN is available. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house at additional charge. In between cleaning on request is € 25 each and at the end of the rental period the mandatory charge for end cleaning is € 75. We provide cost free space for your car on our grounds, use of our garden and garden furniture, an outside grill as well as bicycles (usage at your own risk). An energy certificate is available (141,3 kWh). The year of construction for this part of the building is 1994.
