This excellent apartment is located in a large new building inside, completely renovated with luxurious qualities. The apartment is very quiet, as it is facing the inner courtyards of the building, but despite this it is very bright, a luxury being in the very center of the city. Entering the apartment we directly access the living-dining room, very spacious and cozy. It has a double sofa bed, giving the apartment capacity for up to 6 people. The living room communicates with the kitchen, although it is completely independent with a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for day to day. From the living room we go to a small distributor where we find a complete bathroom with a shower tray and bidet, and the 2 bedrooms, one of them with 2 single beds of 90x200 each and a built-in wardrobe, and the other bedroom, very spacious and with a double bed of 150 x200, built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
