ozy apartment front beach at 15 kilometers from València. “Sandy Beach apartment” has a very nice terrace from the sitting room with a table and chairs to have meals, read or talk in front of the beach. There is nothing between the terrace and the sandy beach. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed 150 X 190 and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. It has also washing machine. The building belongs to a complex that has pool for adults, pool for children, playground and paddle courts. In winter (from November to April included both months) because of the heating we cover the cost of 240KwH per month and guests pay according to the meter the excess at 0,25 euros/kwH
