This spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful restored typical Sevillian house located in the famous Arenal neighborhood. It consists of a beautiful living room with high ceiling, with dining room, and with a modern kitchen, opened to the living room and fully equipped with everything our guests may need. The bedrooms have both bathrooms en suite with shower, one of them has a double bed of 1.60 * 1.90 cm, and the other two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 cm each. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.
