On the lower floor there is the bright and comfortable living room with an open style kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and an access to a private patio with chairs and table to enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening meal. This floor also has a double bedroom with a fully equipped bathroom with custom shower. On the upper floor there is a second double bedroom overlooking the private patio and a second bathroom with a custom shower. The apartment´s layout makes the property the perfect place for co-workers or small families, its brightness and tranquility makes it an ideal choice for digital nomads, students or people who need to work or study at home. *Late check-in fee after 21 hs of 30 euros and after midnight of 60 euros. Please, note that utility bills are included but limited to 150 EUR per month to avoid bad use. Anything extra will be charged additionally.
