Business apartment in the center

The apartment is located in the center of the old town, it is on the top floor and can be easily reached by elevator. The optional private parking space is about 10 minutes walk away in the Riedenburg district. From the entrance hall you can access the bathroom with bathtub (towels provided), sink and washing machine with large storage space as well as the separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), microwave, kettle & egg cooker, toaster, stove, oven, coffee machine (tabs), tea towels and enough glasses, cutlery and crockery. The highlight of the apartment is the 30m² living room with a fireplace (not working) from times long gone, which is equipped with a sofa bed (200x145cm) and a 50" LED TV. An extendable dining table as well as a small antique desk and a reading chair complete the cozy living room furnishings. The bedroom has a large closet, chests of drawers and a box spring bed (200x180cm, bed linen provided).
