The apartment is boasts 65 sq. m. of floor space that consists of a living room, one-bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The tall glass windows that take up most of the living room from wall to wall welcomes bright, natural light that emanates throughout the whole apartment. You also see a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. There is also A/C which is a rarity in Paris. The living room of this apartment features a comfortable sofa-bed (folds out into a queen size bed), a coffee table, flat-screen cable TV, phone service and fast wifi. Not too far away from the living room is a fully-furnished kitchen where you can prepare all your meals. There is also a 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer available for your use The bedroom has a queen size bed as well as plenty of closet space. There are blackout rolling shutters to block light or for privacy. The bathroom comes with a bathtub/shower, sink and toilet.
