Parking option a few steps from the apartment, 5-10 minutes walk.Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated base on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month. At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excesive consumption we will deduct it from the diposit.
