This is a 24m2 studio located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a small building in the suburbs. It's made of: - A living room with a sofa bed - A separate fully equipped kitchen (Fridge, Miro-wave, induction hob, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.) - A bathroom with bath and WC - Sheets and towels provided. - Plenty of storage - TV and Broadband Internet (WiFi). You will have access to the entire apartment, to make you feel at home. We are available at all times, by phone, e-mail or SMS. Mandatory supporting documents: - 1 ID - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or school) 1 contract will be sent to you by email then an entry and exit inventory will be made on your arrival and then on your departure. --- FOR CHECK-INS IN WEEK Arrival time: between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Early check-in (subject to possibility): between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.: 50 euros Late check-in (subject to possibility): between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.: 70 euros IN WEEK-END Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.: 60 euros Between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.: 90 euros * All payment for check-ins must be made in cash directly to the person doing the check-in. In the absence of payment, the person will not be able to give you the keys.
