The 38 sqm studio apartment is very modern and comfortable furnished. There is a comfortable queen size bed (1,60m x 2m), a kitchenette with a fridge, hob, electric cattle, a Nespresso capsule coffeemaker and a dining table. The bath has a shower. A blow-dryer, shower gel, towels and linens for the bed are supplied. A TV and free WiFi are also available. Please note that the prices for the laundry service may vary depending on the quantity of laundry. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent.
