There is a fully fitted kitchenette with a glass ceramic stove, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery. The sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom with a shower is equipped with bath towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. The rental price includes all ancillary costs as well as a broad array of additional services: WiFi, weekly cleaning of the apartment with change of bed linen and towels. Final cleaning after departure is also included in the rent price. Tenants can use washing machines and dryers in the laundry room free of charge. For a supplementary fee and depending on availability, a number of additional services, such as laundry service or extra cleaning can be provided. Upon request and based on availability we also offer additional furniture and parking spaces. The apartment is equipped with a modern keyless access system. Tenants will receive the code to the studio or apartment before arrival via text message or e-mail. The advertisement is a grouping of different apartments. Design and floor plan may vary slightly.
