Live like in the Hampton’s – only in Stuttgart. The spacious living room with desk flows openly into the adjacent dining room, giving the impression of a large room. Of course equipped with a couch and a dining area for 4 people. From the living room is the balcony. We have a guest room in the apartment. For permanent 3-occupancy there is a surcharge of €195. In the light-flooded bedroom, a bed with separate quality mattresses in different degrees of hardness ensures optimal sleep. The fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking. The high-quality, daylight bathroom has a glass shower enclosure and a toilet. Exclusive real wood flooring is installed throughout the entire apartment - except in the wet area. Of course, the apartment is equipped with a SmartTV and high-speed internet/WLAN. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Parking is only possible upon request and subject to availability (extra fee). In the basement there is a well-equipped laundry room that is accessible to all residents of the house. There are two washing machines and two dryers (bldg.) that are equipped with the "WeWash system".
