A modern bathroom with Italian shower completes the level. The five large double bedrooms, the baby room, and the other two bathrooms are spread over two additional levels. All have spectacular views of the Alps (including a piece of Mont Blanc!), the Salève and the surrounding nature. The garden has garden furniture, a large Weber BBQ, and a ping pong table. Hiking trails leave from the house, and the forest is a few meters away, enough to take beautiful walks, snowshoes at the foot in winter! In summer, the Pond des Dronières and its nautical stadium offer something to cool off in less than 10 minutes on foot, while the Geneva Water Jet and the old town of Annecy, with its lake and canals, are less than 30 minutes' drive away. The summit of Salève offers breathtaking views, the picturesque resort of La Clusaz is under 1 hour away and endless hiking opportunities. Between lounging in the greenery with family and exploring all the wonders of the region with friends, the hardest part will be choosing… and you will undoubtedly want to come back! Four parking spaces and a garage to house your bikes are available, as well as childcare equipment (cot, highchair, changing mattress, deckchair and sunbed for bathing) and wood for your winter fires. The charming small town of Cruseilles, a 3 minute drive, has all amenities (small shops, banks, post office, supermarket) and offers a farmers market twice a week.
