This accommodation is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental lease. It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly for professional or educational reasons. This 10m2 studio is located on the 6th floor without elevator of a residential building. It's made of : - Living room with dining area and sofa bed (140x200cm) - Equipped kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, washing machine) - A bathroom with shower - Storage room on the landing with shared washing machine - Toilet on the landing to share - Storage - TV and High Speed Internet (WiFi) - Sheets and towels provided Required supporting documents: - 1 identity document - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) 1 contract will be sent to you by email then an inventory of entry and exit will be made upon your arrival then upon your departure. --- FOR CHECK-IN IN WEEK Arrival time: between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Early check-in (subject to possibility): between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.: 50 euros Late check-in (subject to possibility): between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.: 70 euros IN WEEK-END Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.: 60 euros Between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.: 90 euros * Any payment for check-ins must be made in cash directly to the person doing the check-in. If payment is not made, the person will not be able to give you the keys.
