Two room central apartment

The apartment is ca. 60 m2 in size. This is a fully furnished, two-room apartment. It is equipped with all necessary items (TV, washing machine, WiFi, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, fresh bedding and towels). The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped (microwave, toaster, kettle, cooktop, fridge, kitcheware). In the bigger room there is a bed and a pull-out sofa (each of them 140/200 cm large). In the second room there is the TV and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. ______________________________________________________________________ * Electricity consumption of 55 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2.6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 32 units are included in the rent. If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment. For this purpose, the landlord shall issue a bill based on the unit costs specified in the rental agreement.
