This studio is located only 5 minutes walking distance from Las Ramblas, in the center of Barcelona. Minutes walking from Plaza CAtaluña, the beach. Incredible location, you can walk everywhere. WE can also provide a parking space about 2 minutes walking from the property. Super well located, its fully equipped studio with kitchen& bathroom. Its looking to a patio with plants, shared with other 3 more studios. WE provide towels and sheets and its well equipped with AC, Wifi and television. Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated base on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month. At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excesive consumption we will deduct it from the diposit.
