Superb cozy cocoon T3

Have an incredible stay in this beautiful, superbly decorated apartment and enjoy its unique view. This T3 consists of a first room serving as an entrance which leads to a fully equipped kitchen. In its extension, you will find a bathroom with shower and WC. It opens onto a lounge area with a table for 5 people and a bench convertible into a bed measuring 125*200 (the TV is currently broken). Upstairs you will have access to a bedroom with a 140*200 double bed, a desk area and a child's bed (this bed is accessible through a 90*190 alcove). Please note that the apartment is located in an old building. Therefore, the stairs leading to the apartment on the 2nd floor have steps that may be uneven. WIFI available, sheets and towels are included. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a Traveler's Guide which will give you all the information about the apartment (wifi code, instructions) and good addresses in Lyon. Parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighborhood are prohibited in our apartment. Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial sanction. IMPORTANT: a bank card deposit of €500 will be required 48 hours before the start of the stay.
