The 32 sqm apartment is modernly furnished. It has a new king-size box spring bed (1.80 x 2m), a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub. Free WiFi is available. Please note that the apartment is on the first floor and there is a bar on the ground floor of the building. It can get noisy during the weekdays and especially at the weekends! On request, a weekly cleaning, towel and linen service is possible for € 66.00 per week. City tax: since December 1st, 2014, the city of Cologne has been charging a culture tax (bed tax) of 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the city of Cologne to demand these from our guests who are staying privately.
