The 23 sqm apartment is completely furnished. It has a double bed (1,40 x 2m), a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Hairdryer, towels and bed lining are provided. A TV, free WiFi and a DVD player are also available. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 48.00 per week possible. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
