Booking furnished apartments couldn’t be easier
1. Find your apartment online
- Choose from the largest selection of furnished apartments in Germany, the United Kingdom, Paris, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Ireland.
- Input your move-in- and move-out-date.
- Use our intelligent filters to see only apartments that are relevant to you.
- Easily view and compare information such as price, location, amenities, and space.
2. Request the selected apartment
- Select your apartment.
- Select an Instant Booking apartment to book immediately, or send a nonbinding request to the landlord and register for free.
- Get a response within 48 hours. There is no waiting time if your apartment accepts Instant Booking.
- Feel free to request more than one apartment. Requests don’t oblige you to book.
3. Book the furnished apartment
- After your request has been confirmed you’re ready to book.
- Input all required personal data.
- You can book the apartment on behalf of yourself or for somebody else.
- During the booking process, you can already view the rental agreement.
4. Pay online
- Pick your preferred method of payment.
- After booking, you will pay the first month‘s rent on a secure escrow account.
- On your move-in date, the money will be transferred to the landlord.
- All subsequent payments, as well as the deposit, must be transferred directly to the landlord.
5. Sign the lease agreement online
- You can simply sign the lease agreement online thanks to the secure “Hello Sign” process.
- Download a copy of the contract.
- When you move in we will transfer the first rent to the landlord.
- You have to transfer all subsequent payments as well as the deposit to the landlord.
6. Move-in and ‘get the Homelike feeling’
- Receive the exact address of your new apartment and the contact details of the landlord.
- Arrange the handover of keys.
- Move-in and feel right at home!
