This modern semi-detached house enjoys a spacious and open-plan living accommodation which delights with its clean and modern furnishings throughout: The ground floor comprises a friendly, light and modern open plan living room with an adjacent dining area and kitchen. The living area is furnished with modern furnishings and has an LCD-TV with satellite receiver boasting over 200 channels. There is access to a sunny and private garden area from the living room through large patio doors. The kitchen boasts all necessary amenities from ceramic cooktop, oven, dish washer, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine to crockery, cutlery to many cooking tools. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Furthermore, there is a small WC with wash basin on this floor. You can use also the garden. From the open-plan living area, there are comfortable stairs to the first floor with 5 spacious bedrooms and a sunny and modern bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a bath and a separate shower unit as well as towel heaters. There are also 2 separate WCs with wash basins on this floor. There are roller shutters throughout the whole house – most of them automatic. There is good WLAN connection in all rooms. The whole house inclusive the private garden is available to you during your stay. House partys and Stereo Systems are not allowed.
