Homeflex applies to all of your bookings. Once it’s activated, you’ll pay a 12% fee on the total rent value and will be able to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your move-in, no question asked.
How can I activate Homeflex for my company?
Homeflex has to be activated for your company account by our product team. Get in touch with an account manager to get all the information and experience the new normal for long-term travel.
What is the Homeflex fee?
Homeflex is charged as 12% fee on the total rent value for every apartment you are booking with us.
How many times can I use Homeflex?
As long as you book an apartment with Homeflex, you can cancel it. We do have a maximum refund of 25,000€ per booking.
Where is Homeflex available?
Homeflex is currently available only in Germany. If you would like to have Homeflex in your country, please get in touch.
Does Homeflex apply to all apartments on Homelike?
Yes, Homeflex is applicable to any apartment you are booking on Homelike.
Can I change my move-in date with Homeflex?
No, Homeflex only applies to full cancellation. If you need to change your stay dates before your move-in, our support team will assist you.
Can I use Homeflex to terminate my booking early?
No, for early move-out, your apartment termination policy will apply.
How do I cancel my booking with Homeflex?
Simply send us an email and we will cancel the booking with the landlord.
How much refund do I get?
