As an Account Manager on the B2B team, you’ll work with our biggest clients on a daily basis to get the most out of the collaboration. The focus is to develop the customers and increase the conversion rate. You should build long-term and lasting relationships with customers to know their needs and inspire them with our solutions. This role offers you a unique opportunity to help shape Homelikes growth and have a significant impact on the future of long stay bookings for our clients! You’ll be working in an international and very motivated team to pursue our ambitious growth strategy. Does this sound like your next challenge?

How you are part of our success story:

  • Negotiate and develop – You are responsible for the commercial development of your B2B portfolio and proactively build a trusting relationship with your key accounts as a consultant
  • You build up a long-term relationship and become the key contact person
  • You will cooperate closely with other departments to improve product development / technology and marketing
  • You are always striving to optimize current processes through creative ideas
  • Market Analysis – You gather information about the market, the competition and potential decision makers and generate profitable sales opportunities from it
  • Support your clients and ensure outstanding service quality by answering requests and providing excellent advice with regards to apartment bookings
  • Take responsibility for international and for local acting clients and support the roll-out of our End-to-end corporate solution

What you need to convince us:

  • First experience in sales and/or account management and are enthusiastic about the concept of solution selling
  • You are the perfect mix of an account manager and business developer
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are proactive, a problem solver and solution oriented and able to think out-of-the-box
  • Understanding the mechanics of a B2B environment and the levers that are critical to growth
  • You work efficiently, independently and with initiative
  • You are communicative and open-minded and enjoy working in a team
