How you are part of our success story:
- You will find independent solutions for all problems that arise with our customers and you will support them with words and deeds
- You will be in direct contact with our existing and new customers
- You take care of all complaints from our customers
- You are responsible for our international customer concerns
- You are the contact person for national and international customers following the booking process (by telephone and e-mail)
What you need to convince us:
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
- Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
- You have gained professional experience in customer service, after sales or a similar position
- You speak fluent English and French, ideally also German
