Customer Care Manager (f/m/d) – UK

How you are part of our success story:

  • You find solutions for customer problems that arise and you will support them through the journey
  • You support both tenants and landlords
  • You are the contact person for national and international customers following the booking process by telephone and email
  • You are a cross-team collaborator and ensure that we all work together to help customers reach their goals
  • You escalate customer feedback and suggestions in order to improve the customer experience

What you need to convince us:

  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
  • Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in customer service, after sales or a similar position
  • You speak fluent English, any additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus
