We are looking for a Head of HR to manage our people operations and drive people & culture initiatives across our international organization. In this role, you are part of the core leadership team, act as company ambassador, spread positive vibes across the organization and inspire others. How you are part of our success story:

  • You’ll lead, mentor and guide our current HR team (team of 3) and have full ownership on all people & culture related topics in the organization:
    • Recruiting: Together with the HR team you attract, select and onboard new talents for Homelike for our international locations (Cologne, London, Barcelona, Paris), furthermore you’ll continuously improve and drive the employer branding strategy and recruiting processes
    • HR Administration: You are familiar and responsible for the preparation of the monthly payroll, contracting and labor law cases in conjunction with our external partners
    • Personal Development: You enhance current learning and development initiatives and drive and open feedback culture
    • Business Partnering: You support our people managers in all HR related issues and consult them on the basic legal frameworks or people topics
    • Organizational Development: You moderate and organize company wide events and initiatives e.g. Christmas/Summer party, weekly Demo Days, OKR fairs, (remote) team activities

What you need to convince us:

  • You have already gained 4+ years of professional experience in a similar HR Management role (e.g. Head of HR, HR Team Lead, HRBP, Senior HR Manager)
  • Previous experience leading HR teams in an international, fast-growing/startup and digital business
  • Significant “state-of-the-art” HR functional experience regarding talent management, retention and (leadership) development
  • You are an expert in growth recruiting and know how to attract talents and build up an employer branding strategy
  • You have solid and resilient know-how in matters of labor law and social security law
  • You are detailed oriented and have a high sense of responsibility and accountability 
  • You enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and bring excellent communication and moderation skills
  • Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
