How you are part of our success story:
- You take inbound calls from potential customers (business travellers) and assist them with booking enquiries for apartments
- You are responsible for the customer liaison and support for one specific geographical area
- You create a unique homelike experience for our customers
What you need to convince us:
- Ideally first experience in the field Customer Success (preferably via telephone)
- You have a natural closing-mentality
- Very strong communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken business French and English, any additional languages are a plus
- Ideally you know the French Real Estate or Sales Market a bit
