How you are part of our success story:
- You will take inbound calls from potential customers (business travelers) and assist them with booking inquiries for apartments
- Thereby, you will act as an advisor to our customers and support them, for example, in their search for the right apartment
- By selling and converting the apartment requests into bookings you contribute directly to the success of Homelike
- In this role, you will be given responsibility for your own geographical area
- You will work closely with corporate requests alongside with the Corporate Sales Manager and the Country Head
- In addition, you will elaborate budgets and proposals for B2B clients
- You will negotiate prices as well as agree on special T&C for both parties (Customer & Supplier)
- At the end of the day, you will create a unique Homelike experience for our customers
What you need to convince us:
- Experience in B2B Sales for at least 1 year
- Ideally, you have first experience in the field of Customer Success (preferably via telephone)
- You have a natural closing mentality with a customer-centric approach
- Your strong communication skills distinguish you
- You are fluent in English and Spanish, any additional languages (German, French) are a plus
- A high sense of responsibility & self-motivation in addition to a problem-solving mentality is exactly what you bring along
