How you are part of our success story:

  • Employing great communication skills through actively listening, inspiring, project confidence, and overcome objections
  • You are comfortable with using the phone as your main communication channel helping our customers (business travelers) through the booking journey
  • Thereby, you act as an advisor to our customers and guide them, for example, in their search for the right apartment
  • You qualify potential new leads into opportunities and bookings
  • You report on CRM the status of accounts and the related performances
  • By selling and converting the apartment requests into bookings you contribute directly to the success of Homelike
  • You work closely with corporate requests alongside with the Corporate Sales Manager and the Country Head
  • You demonstrate proof consistency and effort within call and workflow metrics

What you need to convince us:

  • Experience in the field of telesales (cold & warm calling) for at least 1 year
  • Ideally, you have first experience in the field of Inside Sales or Customer Success 
  • You have a natural closing-mentality with a customer centric approach
  • Your strong communication skills distinguish you
  • You are business fluent in English and German
  • A high sense of responsibility & self-motivation in addition to a problem-solving mentality is exactly what you bring along
