To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager (f/m/d) with very strong communication skills for our international Booking Team. Does this sound like your next challenge? Then we are happy to get in touch with you!

How you are part of our success story:

  • You will take inbound calls from potential customers (business travelers) and assist them with booking enquiries for apartments
  • Thereby, you will act as an advisor to our customers and support them, for example, in their search for the right apartment
  • By selling and converting the apartment requests into bookings you contribute directly to the success of Homelike
  • In this role, you will be given responsibility for your own geographical area
  • You will work closely with corporate requests alongside with the Corporate Sales Manager and the Country Head
  • In addition, you will elaborate budgets and proposals for B2B clients
  • At the end of the day, you will create a unique Homelike experience for our customers

What you need to convince us:

  • Ideally, you have first experience in the field of Customer Success (preferably via telephone)
  • You have a natural closing-mentality with a customer centric approach
  • Your strong communication skills distinguish you
  • You are fluent in English and in one additional language such as German, French or Spanish
  • A high sense of responsibility & self-motivation in addition to a problem-solving mentality is exactly what you bring along
  • You are available from Monday until Friday from 9.30 until 18.30
