We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to drive the operational performance of our France & Benelux accounts. You will report directly to the Country Manager France & Benelux and form an integral part of the team. As a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the performance of the accounts and the main point of contact for our suppliers in the region!
How you are part of our success story:
- Manage important relationships with suppliers across France and Benelux
- Proactively research the market to find potential new suppliers of apartments
- Consult with key players in the French/Benelux real estate market and create strong relationships in order to maximise the revenue
- Manage highly important relationships with apartment suppliers across France
- Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure the best experience for both apartment owners and customers
- Represent Homelike at fairs and events to build up the brand within the country
- Focus on driving revenue to the region helping on B2B group bookings and onboarding the best partners
What you need to convince us:
- You have gained professional experience as Key Account Manager, ideally at tech companies or in the hospitality industry
- You have a passion for our industry and strong interest in the property tech space
- You have a strong ambition to reach your goals
- You have a proven track record in building and managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- You are based in Cologne or Barcelona and willing to frequently travel to customers in the market
- You are analytical by being able to get deep into data and understand relevant data points to generate insights
- Your strong communication skills distinguish you
- You are business fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- It is a big plus if you have already experience in the apartment industry
