We are looking for an empathetic and problem-solving new colleague to join our Landlord Support Team.

How you are part of our success story:

  • You are the first line of contact for our suppliers in the DACH market answering all the questions and taking care of their account-related requests
  • You will support key account management in organizational, administrative and operational day-to-day business
  • You take responsibility for the requests of Key Account Managers and external partners
  • You take over the communication between the different departments in order to solve the requests of the landlords quickly and efficiently
  • You will report directly to the Head of Customer Operations and will be surrounded by senior experts in the industry

What you need to convince us:

  • Ideally, you have gained professional experience in customer service or a similar position
  • Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
  • You are business fluent in German and English
