As a Recruiter you have the opportunity to contribute significantly to homelike’s growth and success. In addition to the main recruiting focus you will support our employer branding strategy with various talent attraction projects. If you can get others enthusiastic about homelike and would also like to take responsibility for different HR topics then you’ve come to the right place!

Your area of responsibility:​

  • You are responsible for the whole recruiting process for different job positions from the first contact on
  • Active Sourcing for matching profiles + direct speech is your daily doing
  • You master phone + personal interviews, also in collaboration with people managers and have a good eye for talents
  • You take the responsibility for Employer Branding projects like improving our job ad format, creating targeted job ad campaigns or posting attractive company content on social media channels
  • You identify and join useful recruiting events and fairs representing Homelike to attract the right talent for us
  • You support daily administrative HR tasks and support the Onboarding of new colleagues

The ideal candidate should bring:

  • You have completed a degree in business administration/ psychology with focus on human resources or a related field
  • Ideally, you already have some professional experience as Recruiter, HR Generalist or in Employer Branding
  • You can work independently and bring a sense of responsibility and empathy
  • Fluent in English and German as well as good and convenient communication skills
  • You are structured and can keep a cool head even with a variety of tasks
  • Enthusiasm for current recruiting /employer branding trends and creative ideas to try out new approaches
