As our Senior Operations Manager you are responsible for driving our customer success and operations teams to the next level to pursue our ambitious global growth strategy. Does this sound like your next challenge? Then we are happy to get in touch with you!

How you are part of our success story:

  • You will drive strategic decisions and help guide and set goals for the Customer Ops Team (Customer Care and Booking Management)
  • You will identify operational weaknesses and help improve our processes (e.g. improve our booking extension process; funnel conversion and request structure)
  • You will build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting
  • You will present analysis to senior management in order to drive decision making
  • You will plan and execute on different projects with full autonomy while managing different stakeholders
  • You will collaborate with local and other central Operations Teams, Marketing, Product, and other functions, to ensure that insights inform broader critical initiatives and drive changes

  • You’re data driven and have an aptitude for problem solving (no decisions without proper data support)
  • You have a do it yourself kind of mentality (number crunching + project execution)
  • You’re able to set priorities and work on the most impactful projects
  • You’re able to communicate well and clearly
  • You’re a natural leader and capable of managing projects and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Some high-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred
  • Analytical skills: Excel, SF, zendesk, optional: data queries (SQL)
  • Clear communication and good organization skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
