As our VP Sales you are responsible for the overall B2B Sales activities at Homelike incl. expansion and set up of our Sales Teams within our organization. Ranging from pre-sales acquisition to key account management, you’ll strategically guide and expand our Sales areas to increase revenue and achieve our ambitious growth goals.


How you are part of our success story:

  • Leading a team of +15 people (and growing) across various parts of the Sales cycle
  • Sales responsibility for the acquisition of new B2B customers across Homelike’s European operating areas
  • Management and growth off all key accounts in local and international markets
  • Strategy,annual planning and regular performance monitoring of the Sales organization along the main company & sales metrics  
  • Developing new product features & programs to foster the digitization of the corporate housing market in line with Homelike’s company vision
  • You are responsible for the set up of scalable and efficient sales processes, structures and tools in an international environment 
  • You create regular reports and analyses in order to best examine the markets

What you need to convince us:

  • You have at least 7-8 years professional experience in executive sales or business development positions
  • Proven track record of being successful in a rapidly growing international organization
  • Mature senior leadership skills, strong entrepreneurial drive and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills 
  • Sales is your passion and you can lead the team by example
  • Experience in setting up and expanding sales structures
  • You’re driven by success and hyper growth environments
  • You have outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages advantageous
