Your responsibilities:​

As our CRM Manager – Email Marketing at Homelike, you will own our automated communication along the full customer journey. Your job is to develop automated email and mobile campaigns that optimise the customer experience and improve operational efficiencies. Based on your data analysis, you will be responsible to drive improvements of Homelike’s KPIs, e.g. conversion and retention rates. You will excel in this role if you are a structured, process-driven person with the skill to build personal relationships. Finally, you should be looking forward to becoming a part of a growth-oriented, impact-driven and young working environment.

The perfect candidate brings along:​

  • At least 3-years working experience in email marketing focused on lead generation, nurturing and retention or as a management consultant
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud
  • Good knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML and CSS
  • Good analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • High affinity towards technology and IT
  • Entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • You speak English fluently (German is a plus)
