A recently renovated 2 bedroom 105 sq m apartment with a private indoor parking space, on the KNSM-Laan in Amsterdam’s up-market Eastern Docklands area. Close to the city centre, this is a fantastic apartment on the end of KNSM-Eiland overlooking the water! Up until this year, it was a family home and would suit either individuals, a couple or a small family. In January 2021 the kitchen was completely replaced and renovated. Beautifully finished with all-granite work surfaces, the appliances and units were replaced to an extremely high standard. This includes a 6-hob burner with a wide gas oven, refrigerator, freezer (separate), a microwave combi oven and boiling water tap. Parking is also not a problem, with a garaged underground parking space included in the rental that can accommodate cars up to the size of a large SUV. Both bedrooms and the main living area have stunning views of the IJ canal, and you can watch the sun go down over the water each evening. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious closet, providing ample storage space for your personal belongings. The apartment has a south-facing covered balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sun while avoiding the rain or wind on those Dutch days! This home is fully equipped with everything you need, including high-speed internet with speeds up to 550 Mbs, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils.
