On the other hand, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, from the living room, you can access a nice balcony overlooking a semi-pedestrian street. Utilities are included up to 175 eur / month. Any exceeding amount will be paid directly to the landlord. - From 20:00 - 22:00 h. it is possible to check in with an additional cost of 65 euros and from 22:00 - 00:00 h with an additional cost of 85 euros, this will only be possible upon request. - Late check out it is possible upon availability and it has a cost of 15 euros per hour. - It is necessary to fill out and sign a form and the house rules, also, you will be asked for a photo of your passport or valid ID. - No parties are allowed, in the case of a neighbor complaining or proving one, it will be taken from the deposit and in case of damages, the cost of repairing/replacing them will be requested.
