Our 49 sqm One-Bedroom Suites XL for stays over 28 nights are furnished to our highest modern standards. Our amenities include a separate fully furnished kitchen, an up-to-date smart TV and a pull-out sofa bed (1.60 m) that can accommodate two more people, as well as a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. The separate bedroom with a cozy box spring bed (1.80 m) ensures restful nights. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Your Suite therefore offers everything you need for your stay. Please note: in order to receive your personal access code, you have to complete our online check-in. Modern concrete walls with original works of art set a modern atmosphere in this luxury apartment. The living room is furnished with a 3 seater comfy blue/grey sofa with wooden coffee tables and a vintage brass drinks trolley. An ocher flat screen TV cabinet with Sonos sound system. Colorful rugs and kilims dress the walnut floors and embellish both the dining room and the living room. The modern white kitchen is open to a spacious dining room with an oak table that seats 6-8 people and overlooks the building's private garden. A large walk-in closet in the living room offers enough space for suitcases. The master bedroom is well lit and airy with large windows opening onto the private garden. A master bed with side tables, a large wardrobe and a vanity console and a chair equip the room. The second bedroom with its own balcony overlooking Schwedter Strasse is located opposite the master bedroom. The third bedroom serves as a guest room/study. The room is accessible from the reception and the internal hall and is furnished with a sofa bed that opens up to 160 cm. The room's large windows offer a view of Schwedter Strasse and plenty of daylight. All bedrooms have both blackout curtains and privacy screens.

They are equipped with a separated and fully furnished kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.60m) and an up-to-date smart TV, as well as a private bathroom including a shower to make you feel at home. If you need to do laundry during your time in our limehome, you can easily use your own in-room laundry machine. Your Suite therefore offers everything you need even for your long-term stay. Thanks to our electronic access system via a keypad at the entrance of the house as well as at your apartment door, you can check in with us at any time after 3 pm - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or arrangements with the landlord.
