The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the laundry room The master bedroom (Queen size bed) suite comprises a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and it is sharing the bathroom with the other room. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. It has also a direct access to its ensuite bathroom. There are 2 and half bathrooms that include 3 toilets. The 4th bedroom is on the top level, and has 2 single beds and a lovely terrace with flowers and 2 bistro table and chairs. You must provide the following documents to confirm your rental: - Copy of your passport - Copy of a French home insurance - Certificate of eligibility of a financial guarantor or pre-lease payment every 3 months - a copy of the bank transfer for the refundable security deposit before arrival We can recommend rental insurance and a financial guarantor We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months. Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate. After this time, your reservation will be cancelled.
