The 25 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. It has a comfortable queen size bed. It has a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and a kettle. The bath has a shower. A blow-dryer, towels and linens for the bed are supplied. A TV and free WiFi are also available. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the cellar. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 48.00 per week possible. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.

The Weinertshof is located in the Reiter village of Dansweiler, a village belonging to Pulheim, just outside Cologne. Only 200m away you enter the Königsdorfer Wald, one of the few remaining forests of the formerly widespread oak and beech forests in the Lower Rhine Bay and the largest remaining part of the Villewälder in the northern part of the Ville-Höhenzug. Its near-natural forest communities with their numerous herbaceous and shrub species provide habitats for many rare animal and plant species that are particularly dependent on such forests. On the other hand, you can reach Cologne main station within 17 minutes by train from Frechen-Königsdorfer station. There is also a close access to the A4.

Our 2 room apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 3 people. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds 90cm by 200cm plus desk, wardrobe and Smart TV Bedroom 2: 1 single bed 90cm by 200cm plus desk, wardrobe and Smart TV In the the new bathroom there is a washing machine that can be used free of charge. The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, oven, etc. Free parking is available in the area.
