****Please note that you must create an account in the provider's app within 48 hours of booking. Otherwise, the landlord will take care of the registration for you, but an additional processing fee of €50 will be charged.
Payment terms vary depending on the period booked as follows:
- Payments are made on a 4-week basis, by credit card only.
- For bookings of more than 8 weeks: advance payment for 4 weeks to Homelike, then provider fees for the last 4 weeks, final cleaning (€150) and deposit (€200) before check-in. The credit card is charged every 4 weeks.
- For bookings of less than 8 weeks, an advance payment is made to Homelike for the first 4 weeks, with the provider charging up to 4 weeks for the remaining booking period.
Rental start and end: always Thursdays. Move-ins/move-outs through online check-in are also possible on other days, as long as within the booked period.
