All the bedrooms have a double bed and depending on your needs, you can also have a balcony or even a shared or private terrace. More than an apartment, this is simply a very big, comfy Co-Living house. You will find some shared and various private bathrooms in each apartment. All kitchens come fully furnished and equipped with an oven, dishwasher and all necessary appliances. This Co-Living building is perfect if you love to have your�own space and to live in a community full of people. The building has 72 units which means you will have all these people to connect with and share your experiences. - The demographic booking this property primarily consists of students and young professionals. - Please be informed that move-in arrangements cannot be accommodated on weekends or public holidays. As a result, the check-in will be rescheduled for the next available business day. This adjustment will have no impact on the price or rental period. - An unlimited rental agreement will be signed directly with the landlord after the booking. This is a residence with six (6) rooms and two (2) bathrooms, designed for students and young professionals. Located in Lisbon, close to ISEL (Chelas) and also to the Metro Station of Chelas. The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. The common area has a dining table with benches, TV, there is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable in the common area, The house is cleaned up to twice a week by the cleaning staff. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives. Utilities are included until EU 40,00 per month. In case this amount is exceeded, payment of the excess amount must be made separately.
